At Fashion Contest, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and reliably across South Africa. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process, costs, and timelines.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.
2. Delivery Time & Couriers
We use reliable national courier services to ensure timely and traceable deliveries. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., in case of a damaged item or incorrect order).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your order, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange collection from a nearby depot.

It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier if a delivery attempt was missed.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the future.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us immediately at support@fashioncontest.co.za.

We will assist in launching an investigation with the courier. Claims must be made within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
